You are always welcome to return anything in the condition it was received within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Simply keep all tags attached and email us at hello@olympiafields.com.au and we will sort it out for you.

We offer free shipping on all Australian orders.
All items are sent using Australia Post. Our chosen delivery service will ensure your parcels are delivered in 2 or more business days within Australia once it leaves our premises. All packages are traceable.

All orders are sent using the Australia Post International Standard delivery service.
Our International Standard delivery service estimates the delivery time between metro areas of major cities of 6 business days. Excludes time in customs if applicable and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Australia Post's control. All packages are traceable.
Please note that once your order leaves us there may be the possibility of longer in-transit times due to covid-19.

We choose to ship all items with Hero Packaging. A sustainable and compostable bag that will disintegrate with all of your other recyclables! Please remove or cut around mail labels or stickers when disposing.

We encourage you to email us if you're curious about when a specific pre-order will arrive or even if you're just super excited to know what else we might have coming - we'd love to hear from you! Hygiene standards
All accessories are stored in boxes and only get pulled out once you have put your order through.
Our collections are made by our small team of 2 in Sydney and wear protective face masks when cutting and making as a precaution.
