1950's Frank Starr full skirt silk chiffon party dress

Some faults to note:
- There is some discolouration around upper edge of bust line
-  A couple of small stains on front part of skirt (looks like an oil stain)
- The centre back of bodice appears to have previously been pin tucked to create a vertical ruching detail. Over time this has become undone, so there are very small vertical holes.
- Some fabric pulls
- There is a split in the polyester under skirt lining, not visible from exterior.
- The halter straps will need to be extended or fastened with a brooch to stay in place if they are not long enough for you
